Shipping policy

Orders will be processed as quickly as possible(1-5 days after ordering).You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order and tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. UPS shipping normally delivers in1-5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check-out when placing your order. If you need to change your address - please email me, thredbirdlovemission@gmail.com, as soon as possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
