Orders will be processed as quickly as possible(1-5 days after ordering).You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order and tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. UPS and USPS shipping normally delivers in 1-5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check-out when placing your order. If you need to change your address, please email me at theredbirdlovemission@gmail.com, as soon as possible. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being shipped.

Returns
We are hoping and praying that you will love your box enough to not feel as if you need to return it. Boxes can not be returned unless major damage has been done during the shipping process. In this situation, please contact to me to figure out the best solution for your box.
For returns of a t-shirt, you have 10 business days to return for a refund or exchange. You are responsible for shipping back. Please contact me for the address to where it needs to be mailed to. The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. After the 10 day period, the shirt will no longer be eligle for return or exchange.
